2019 will be the year that Project 421 gets off the ground. In a bold move to support the project the Curacao government vows to make this happen. The project developers signed an MOU with the Curacao government in 2015, but hard economic times that plague the island have made it difficult for the Curacao government to complete all that was necessary to support the project. Realizing the macro economic value of this project Minister of Economic Affairs, Dr Steven Marina, promised to fast track the project through the governments investment committee.
